• "Professional" refers to a healthcare provider, coach, or trainer using the Service to create and manage plans for clients.
• "Visitor" refers to a user accessing the Service via a plan code shared by a Professional or another user.
• "Content" refers to exercise videos, plans, text, images, and other materials available through the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You may create an account using a phone number and optional email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Guest and Visitor Access

Visitors may access the Service using a plan code without creating an account. Guest access is limited to the specific plan shared with them and expires when the plan expires. Guest session data is tied to the device and is not recoverable if lost.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.

• Scrape, data-mine, or use automated means to access the Service without our consent.
• Share your plan codes or access credentials with unauthorized third parties.

GoMovia is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The exercise content, plans, and suggestions provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.
• If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other adverse symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
• Professionals using the Service remain solely responsible for the clinical appropriateness of plans they create for their clients.
• AI-generated suggestions are not a substitute for professional judgment.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to GoMovia and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Exercise videos and content linked from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube) remain the property of their respective owners.
• You retain ownership of any content you create or upload, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.

8. Professional Accounts

• Professionals represent that they hold valid credentials and licensure in their jurisdiction.
• Professional accounts may require verification before full access is granted.
• Professionals are solely responsible for the plans, exercises, and instructions they prescribe to their clients through the Service.
• GoMovia does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications of any Professional.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.
